A next-gen food court inside Maersk’s HQ—live cooking, digital flow, co-working zones. Exclusively for staff and in-house guests. We were responsible from concept to execution.
TISHMAN SPEYER
A market hall in the making at the former Gruner + Jahr publishing house at Baumwall, Hamburg. Set between the iconic Michel and the Elbphilharmonie, an international-style market hall is currently in development across approx. 8,000 sqm – a vibrant culinary and cultural hub in the heart of the city. Planned on behalf of Tishman Speyer, the opening is scheduled for 2029.
ISLAND RETREAT
After more than a decade of construction, the former hospital on a german island is being transformed into a new 75-room retreat and sanctuary hotel. A place of quiet renewal—where history meets hospitality.
