Nico is Co-Founder, Managing Partner and Director of Strategy at Studio Haebel.
As an analyst, planner, and strategist, he plays a key role in bridging internal processes with the organization of individual projects. Whether as initiator, co-founder, and CEO of the award-winning urban farming concept Hygge the Farm, or as former head of Orendt Studios – turning visions into reality is his expertise. Building and coordinating teams is his passion.

Fabio is the founder and namesake of Studio Haebel.
For over 14 years, he has been running award-winning restaurants such as Hæbel, the XO Seafoodbar, and the Italian bistro Kiosque. As co-founder of the publicly listed robotics startup Circus SE, he was among the first to explore the question of “Hospitality of the Future.”
At Studio Haebel, he serves as Creative Director, overseeing the areas of concept development, pioneering, and trend research.

A seasoned hotelier with over 20 years of international leadership experience – from the US to the Middle East and Asia – he has shaped the development, repositioning, and strategic direction of renowned hotels such as Raffles, Mandarin Oriental, Soho House, and Kempinski.
At Studio Haebel, David is responsible for finance, compliance, reporting, and licensing.
